Teaching Services
Throughout my teaching career I have provided for both the specialist and the generalist student. My experience is from years 7 to 13 and predominantly with boys to year 11 but with mixed groups in years 12 and 13.
I have provided a generalist, pre-GCSE programme for year 9 at Wellington and have taught all elements of the Edexcel GCSE course.
I have taught all sections of the Edexcel AS and A2.
I have taught the arranging and composing sections of the Edexcel AS and A2 Music Technology Specifications and also the repertoire and analysis requirements.
I am familiar with the latest versions of Cubase, Reason, Sibelius, Aurelia, Musition and, to a lesser extent, Wavelab.
I would not, however, claim to be a music tech engineer; I cannot build or install networks or repair computers or resolve software glitches.
